Skains d/b/a RGS Construction Company, brought suit against Rodney White d/b/a Rodney White Construction, the Town of Homer, and White's surety to recover the balance allegedly due for seeding, fertilizing and hay mulching work done by plaintiff as subcontractor for White, the general contractor on a job for the town at the Homer Airport.
