Defendant has appealed from a judgment directing the Parish of Jefferson to change the zoning classification of plaintiffs' property from R-3 to C-1 neighborhood commercial.

The irregular shaped property is composed of Lots 23 and 24 of Square 3, Metairie Ridge Nursery bounded by Metairie Road, Narcissus Street, Carrollton Avenue and Dalhia Street. Together the lots measure 90' front on Metairie Road by a depth on Narcissus of 60'8"3'" and...
