PER CURIAM.

This case involves a claim for child support under U.R.E.S.A., 15 V.S.A. §§ 385-428. The defendant father appeals an order compelling payments of $10 per week to the plaintiff for the support of their child on the ground that there was insufficient evidence of his ability to make the payments.
