This is an appeal from a decision granting plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment on February 27, 1979. The Superior Court ordered execution on a judgment against the defendants which was originally rendered by the state of Colorado. The sole issue presented by this case is whether a foreign money judgment which is on appeal in the rendering state but is yet enforceable there, is immediately enforceable in the District of Columbia.
