THOMPSON, Justice:

Fred and Margaret Eikelberger commenced this action to recover damages resulting from an alleged conspiracy between John Tolotti and his attorney, Richard W. Horton, to cause harm to the business interests of the Eikelbergers. A jury found for the Eikelbergers awarding compensatory damages of $75,000 and punitive damages of $50,000.
