PER CURIAM:

The dispute in this case arose out of the construction of the Aladdin Theatre for the appellant Aladdin Hotel Corporation. Respondent General Drapery Services, Inc., supplied materials and performed services in the construction of the theatre. Disagreements arose between General Drapery and appellant Aladdin over the quality of the performance of General Drapery which culminated in the parties reaching a compromise settlement. General...
