Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Thomas R. Brown of Brown, Terrell & Hogan, and Robert P. Eshelman, II of Kattman & Eshelman, Jacksonville, for appellant.

John C. Taylor, Jr. of Mathews, Osborne, Ehrlich, McNatt, Gobelman & Cobb, Jacksonville, for appellees.
