This is an appeal from a judgment entered upon a verdict directed against the appellant and is the second appearance of this case before this court. In Kelly v. Buckeye Holding Company, 297 So.2d 869 (Fla. 4th DCA 1974) this court reversed a final summary judgment entered against the appellant.
