AINSWORTH, Circuit Judge:

Harry S. Dixon and Bobby Dixon appeal the district court's denial of their consolidated habeas corpus petition brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Finding no merit to any of appellants' contentions, we affirm.

Appellants, nephew and uncle, were convicted of murder, armed robbery, and motor vehicle theft by a Georgia state court. They did not take a direct appeal from their conviction, but brought a state court habeas corpus...
