PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from a final summary judgment of mortgage foreclosure. The issue is whether one of the notes secured by the mortgage was usurious.

Appellant executed several notes to appellee, each secured by a mortgage on certain real property. He eventually defaulted on the notes, and appellee brought suit to foreclose the mortgage.
