On January 15, 1979, an information was filed in the Thirteenth Judicial District of the State of Montana, in and for the County of Yellowstone, charging defendant and Robert C. Rodgers, a/k/a Robert G. Lee, with robbery. Defendant entered a plea of not guilty. On April 17, 1979, after severance of the cases, trial in this matter was had.
