Defendant (Appellant) was convicted in a jury trial of first degree burglary, sodomy, and armed rape. Accordingly, he was sentenced to imprisonment for an indeterminate period of ten (10) to twenty (20) years for first degree burglary, an indeterminate period of two (2) to fourteen (14) years for sodomy, and a determinate period of twenty (20) years for armed rape.
