This is an expropriation proceeding by the State of Louisiana, through the Department of Highways, in connection with a modified cloverleaf interchange at the junction of U.S. Highway 190 and Interstate Highway 12 in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana. On May 28, 1970, the Department of Highways obtained an order under the "quick-taking" statute, LSA-R.S. 48:441 et seq., for the expropriation of an irregularly-shaped tract of land consisting of 2.385...
