The plaintiffs brought suit to recover a real estate broker's commission from the owners of three parcels of land located on Lake Winnipesaukee. At the close of the plaintiffs' case, the defendants' motion for nonsuit was granted as to the plaintiff, Ernest R. Belleau, Jr., by the Trial Court (Loughlin, J.); the jury returned a verdict of $35,000 in favor of plaintiff, Wayne R. Blanchard. We dismiss defendants...
