This is an appeal from a final judgment entered by the circuit court in a declaratory judgment action brought by the insurer against its insured. Appellee-insurer, Allstate Insurance Company, had filed the action following the entry of an uninsured motorist arbitration award for the insured by an accident claims tribunal under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association.
