The primary issue in this case concerns the propriety of awards of the marital home of the parties and $125,000 in cash to the wife as lump sum alimony. We are thus required once more to assess the impact and effect on this question of the landmark decision in Canakaris v. Canakaris, 382 So.2d 1197 (Fla. 1980).
