This is a boundary action. Plaintiffs, Colonel Amos Richardson and Mary Prince Richardson, brought suit to establish the boundary between their property and that of defendants, Joseph Croyce Scrantz and Zettie Schilling Scrantz. Defendants contend a visible boundary exists up to which they have possessed for more than 30 years. They allege acquisitive prescription of 30 years under LSA-C.C.
