This appeal from a summary judgment enforcing the forfeiture of a motor vehicle presents the question whether the use of an automobile to transport its owner to a prearranged meeting for the collection by him of monies due from a prior transaction involving the sale and purchase of drugs by other persons constitutes "facilitation" of a sale within the meaning of the forfeiture provisions of the Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970,...
