This is a suit by one general partner of a limited partnership for the appointment of a receiver, an accounting and termination of the partnership. A counterclaim was filed praying for damages for attempted or wrongful dissolution of the partnership. The court below ruled in favor of the plaintiff-appellee, ordering a receivership, an accounting and termination of the partnership.
