In this case the Plaintiffs, Trustees of an employee welfare benefit fund, are suing the City of New Castle, and the New Castle Sanitation Authority. In its complaint the Plaintiffs allege that the City and Authority, as participating employers in the Fund, violated the provisions of both the Trust Fund Agreement and of their individual collective bargaining agreements.
