This is a damage suit for personal injuries, arising out of an intersectional collision between a pickup truck, in which plaintiff Jack Moran was riding as a guest passenger; and a tractor-trailer rig owned by K. C. Forest Products, Inc., operated by Monroe Brumfield, Jr., and insured by Canal Indemnity Insurance Company.
