The appellants, Timberlands, Inc. and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, appeal from a pro forma decree of the Superior Court, Oxford County, which affirmed a decision of the Workers' Compensation Commission dated March 15, 1979. The Commission dismissed the appellants' "Petition To Invoke Section 57" (39 M.R.S.A. § 57), the Second Injury Fund provision of the Workers' Compensation Act, on the alternative grounds that it was without jurisdiction...
