This is a suit for wrongful death brought as a result of the deaths of Harold John Simon and Marvin Vincent. Sandra LeBlanc Simon brought suit on her own behalf and as natural tutrix of the two minor children born of the marriage between her and the deceased, Harold John Simon, against Southwest Louisiana Electric Membership Corp. (hereafter SLEMCO). Likewise, Deliha Roy Vincent brought suit on her own behalf and as natural tutrix of the two minor children...
