PER CURIAM.

On August 30, 1978, Ronald Hodges filed an action in superior court in Fairbanks alleging that Thelma Gregor had fraudulently obtained and refused to return a piece of land and other assets belonging to Hodges. After Gregor failed to respond to service of the summons and complaint within 23 days as allotted under Alaska Rule of Civil Procedure 4(e)(5) and Alaska Rule of Civil Procedure 6(c), the superior court entered a default judgment...
