Atlantis Sound, Inc., and Japan Piezo Co., (Atlantis) appeal from a judgment of the district court holding that the stereo cartridge produced and sold by them infringed claim 1 of Patent No. 3,761,647 and claims 1, 2, 3, and 5 of Patent No. 4,075,418.
