These are consolidated personal injury suits involving an intersectional truck collision.

The unusual facts surrounding this incident are not in dispute. On the morning of April 24, 1976, the defendant, Eugene Morris, had been fishing. At approximately 7:00 A.M. he began traveling home on a dirt road within Washington Parish, Louisiana.
