Gracie Roberts, the widow of Chester Roberts, challenges a decision of the Industrial Board. We affirm.

Teledyne Casting Service Corp., also identified in the record as "Casting Service Corp.," employed Chester Roberts as a truck driver. On November 3, 1969, a train struck Roberts' truck and killed him. The employer and Roberts' dependents entered into an agreement on Form 13 of the Industrial Board.
