This is a suit to rescind the sale or reduce the price of a defective mobile home purchased by the plaintiffs, Thomas D. Millin and his daughter, Cheryl R. Millin, from the defendant, Bob Dawson's Garden Homes, Inc. (Dawson). The defendant filed a third party demand against the mobile home manufacturer, Celtic Corporation.
