Defendant (Appellant) was charged by Information in three counts of Robbery. Ind. Code § 35-42-5-1 (Burns 1979). Count I was for Armed Robbery resulting in bodily injury to the victim, a Class A Felony. Counts II and III were for armed robberies, Class B Felony.
