Writ granted. Remanded for an evidentiary hearing on whether there was an intelligent waiver of counsel at time guilty plea was entered January 13, 1961. See Kitchens v. Smith, 401 U.S. 847, 91 S.Ct. 1089, 28 L.Ed.2d 519 (1971) and Hall v. Henderson, 318 So.2d 12 (La.1975).
