This is an appeal from orders of the circuit court granting summary judgment and writs of possession to plaintiff-appellee Hawaiian Electric Company (HECO), evicting defendants-appellants, twenty-one residents (residents) from HECO's property in Heeia Kea Valley, Kaneohe, Oahu.
