This appeal is brought by the plaintiff, Ethel Cartwright, the executrix of the Estate of her husband, Leonard Cartwright. The Estate brought an action against defendant Lorin Harris claiming damages for the wrongful death of Leonard Cartwright resulting from an automobile accident. The jury returned a verdict in favor of Harris. The Estate now appeals, claiming the trial court erred in refusing to give three of its tendered instructions concerning...
