OPINION BY JUDGE MENCER, June 9, 1980:

Sterling Kocher (claimant) appeals from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board), which affirmed the decision of the referee dismissing claimant's petition to modify and reinstate compensation. We affirm.

On June 30, 1967, claimant suffered a work-related back injury as a construction laborer for B.G. Coon Construction Co. (employer). He received total disability compensation for one year and thereafter...
