General Motors Corporation (GM) petitions for review of a decision and order of the NLRB. The NLRB has filed a cross-petition for enforcement of its order. The NLRB held that GM violated Sections 8(a)(1) and 8(a)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1), (3), by suspending a union district committeeman for his use of the grievance procedure.
