STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Plaintiff-appellant Fenley Farms, Inc. appeals a judgment by the Clark Superior Court in favor of defendants-appellees Mary Olson and Maudie Garvin1 denying Fenley Farms damages for trespass and an injunction against future trespasses. We affirm.
