On April 3, 1973, a default judgment in the amount of $140,000 was rendered in the Noble Circuit Court against Forrest and Orda Zonker, husband and wife, in favor of Andrew and John McGowan, father and son, as a result of a suit brought for personal injuries suffered in an automobile accident.
