In an order dated March 7, 1980, the court approved all the settlement agreements as fair, adequate, and reasonable and then in a second order of August 4, 1980, awarded $3,659,864.63 in fees from the settlement fund to the plaintiffs' attorneys. All that remains to be done at this time is to pass upon the plaintiffs' proposal for distributing the balance of the settlement fund...
