Plaintiffs bring this action against defendant Nissan Motor Corporation in U.S.A. ("Nissan") pursuant to the Automobile Dealers' Day in Court Act ("the Act"), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1221 et seq., alleging Nissan's failure to act in good faith in complying with the provisions of the plaintiffs' automobile dealership franchise.
