Presently before the Court are defendant James Cook's Motion to Suppress and defendant Lee Cook's Motion to Suppress in H-78-179 and defendant Jackie Kirk's Motion to Suppress and defendant Lee Cook's Motion to Suppress in H-78-180-S.
