SHEPARD, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict in favor of the defendants in an action for personal injuries and property damage allegedly suffered by plaintiffs as a result of an automobile accident.

The accident occurred on a city street in Twin Falls and it was generally agreed that the roads were "slick." The street is 33 feet wide at the scene of the accident.
