This is an appeal from the judgment of the district court revoking defendant Moore's driving license for six months, pursuant to HRS §§ 286-151 and 286-155,1 upon defendant's refusal to submit to chemical testing for alcohol. Finding the defendant's subsequent requests for testing to have vitiated his initial refusal, we reverse and remand for further findings...
