Fanning and Harlan Harper, d/b/a Fanning & Harper, First Texas Savings Association of Dallas, John D. Flickinger, and Clarence Jones, for damages alleging that defendants entered into conspiracy to deprive him of his property by wrongfully causing an execution sale of a duplex owned by plaintiff.
