Robert A. Coleman was convicted by a jury on five counts of an indictment1 charging the sale of heroin, a controlled substance, to an undercover police officer in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a).2 He was sentenced to five concurrent terms of imprisonment of 20 months to five years.
