David Adickes and Alan C. Tatom appeal from a judgment rescinding an agreement to purchase an interest in a limited partnership organized for the purpose of speculating in real estate and ordering the return of the consideration paid. The case was tried to the court without a jury. Findings of fact and conclusions of law were filed. While Alan C. Tatom filed an appeal bond, he failed to file a brief in this court.
