An arbitrator awarded claimant, Edward Wojtysiak, 3% partial disability under section 8(d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 48, par. 138.8(d)(2)). On review, the Industrial Commission affirmed the arbitrator's award. The circuit court of Macon County reversed, finding the award to be against the manifest weight of the evidence, and claimant...
