This is an appeal from an order dismissing with prejudice an amended complaint for declaratory judgment seeking a determination of entitlement to uninsured motorist coverage.

Appellant, Denise France, sustained serious injuries while a passenger in a friend's car which was struck by a car operated by Michael Schrader and owned by his sister. At the time of the accident, France was residing with her parents who owned two automobiles...
