Petitioner seeks judicial review of an order of the State Board of Accountancy (Board) permanently revoking his license as a public accountant. The Board's order was based on its conclusion that the petitioner's conduct as an accountant constituted dishonesty in the practice of public accounting. On appeal, petitioner does not challenge the Board's factual findings, but rather focuses his appeal on the lack of statutory or other standards...
