BERANEK, Judge.

This is an appeal by the defendant from his conviction of two counts of aggravated assault. We affirm.

The facts are absolutely uncontested. A cashier in a grocery store observed appellant placing a piece of meat under his shirt. Appellant began to exit the store without paying for the merchandise. The cashier informed the manager of the market and another employee. These two employees followed the defendant out of the store, yelled at him...
