GUIDRY, Judge.

The plaintiff-appellee, Henderson Johnson, brought this suit to recover workman's compensation benefits. Defendants are Cooper Heat, Inc., the plaintiff's employer, and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, the compensation insurer. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of the plaintiff awarding temporary total disability benefits for a total of eleven weeks as well as penalties and attorney's fees in the amount of $500.00.
