Goettel of the Southern District of New York, entered on February 25, 1980 and made final by an order of March 25, 1980, which denied Feltington's motion for reinstatement to the Moving Picture Machine Operators' Union Local 306 of I. A. T. S. E. Feltington originally brought suit seeking injunctive relief allowing him to remain in the Union and damages for violations of the federal labor laws...
